Back from Sydney

I am home from my few days in Sydney and I tell you what I am so jealous for all the Sydney siders! I stayed in Kings Cross and I was so inspired buy all the ladies walking around looking like street walker I have decided to lift hems this next collection! Besides that the vintage stores are running hard and fart I was drooling with every new street turn. The Glamor of Surry Hills and the funk of Newtown......take me to my home away from home!

I did a trip to the fabric store in Surry Hills and got eveything for SS10 sample and when I got home my funky print chosssen buy Douglas my husband and new business partner had finally arrived! So i have been cutting cutting and more cutting! Oh also I have a new stockist for my cute little ruffle bum undies.........thanks Sharon @ In Visible light you rock!

So I am planning my trip back asap might even go down to shoot for this collection any Sydney poeple who wouldlike to collabarate let me know!

till next time I am back to the cutting room and working like a mad man!!!!

It Has Begun!

Ok so i have started cutting out sample for my up and coming collection! I have a new love for silk Georgette it is so soft and flowing and sheer! Loving the see through still.....nothing cuter or sexier than a sweet heart bra showing through a sickly sweet top, maybe some tiny denim shorts!

Off to Sydney in 2 weeks to grab the rest of the fabrics and away I go 2 months of solid sewing....only because the best bit is seeing the collection altogether and sewn up!

okie dokie back to get sewing room.snip snip mwaa.......................!

ok so i sat down all day today and looked at fabric and wrote heaps of notes.....I can start sewing asap! Yay! there are some cute dresses, shorts and tops.

Vintage cute + Japanese sweet = tooth ache! YAY!!

Girls night out over for another year!

Hey every one! GNO this year was great I met a heap of wonderful people and had some great feed back! Thanks to every one who took a business card and especially those who made a purchase! I would recommend the event to every one! Whats next for PLB...........working on the new collection should be ready really soon! Also will be listing and stocking my new cute Kitch aprons, necklaces, hair clips, undies and mini wrap skirts!

Also will be attending valley markets too maybe some time in December as life is very busy at the moment!
